Kathryn Forti Obituary
Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Theresa (Landi) Ribezzo; mother of Robert A. and Michael B. Forti; sister of Ronald K. Ribezzo and the late Louis B. Ribezzo, Sr.; grandmother of 3 and aunt of Marilyn Ribezzo.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, 5-7 p.m. with a funeral on Thursday at 8 a.m. from the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9 a.m. in St. Ann Church, 280 Hawkins Street, Providence, followed by interment in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Ann Church Memorial Fund, 2 Russo Street, Providence, RI 02904. www.pontarellimarinofunerals.com.

Ahhhh Auntie Kathy, your one if the sweetest people I have ever met in my life. I'm definitely gonna miss you more than words could express, as well as myself , my son adores you just as much! I'm gunna miss our two o'clock conversations while i sat at the edge of your bed while eating cape cod salt an vinegar chips and just talk about anythin that was bothering me. You gave me alot of good advice that i will always hold onto, most of all you jus callin an tellin me your hungry an I would being you your favorite strawberry jam on toast and some cherries on the side, lol. I could never let you go, your still with me whey day in spirit and still in the house with me, your watching over us, I'm gunna miss goin down stairs to see you, and givin you a kiss goodbye and tell you i loved you, and you would say " Nykki, I love you more" ohhh I'm gunna miss you ao much, the ring I gave you, I have back an I will wear it for the rest of my life! A wonderful, amazing person taken too soon. May Kathy rest in peace and never be forgotten. I didn't know her that well, but she was always so nice to me when I saw her. She is someone who made me think, "there ARE some nice people out there." Thoughts and prayers to her family.
