Our hearts are very heavy today with sadness as we discovered Klickie has passed away. She was the best real estate agent we have ever dealt with. So smart, witty and a true professional.

Please accept our deepest sympathy for your loss and the loss to the community. SSI will not be the same without Klickie. An icon is gone. Rest In Peace.

Offering our deepest condolences to the family and friends in your hour of grief. May you find peace and comfort in the God of all comfort.

February 11, 2018

We met Klickie through our parents AJ and Phyllis Braswell. It didn't take long to realize how funny and full of life she was and more importantly how much effort she went to to ensure that those around her were happy. Saying that she will be missed is not a fair enough statement. She was SO beautiful inside and out!

I hope the tears of sadness that you and your family are experiencing will soon be replaced by smiles and great memories. We are sending prayers out to all of you.

Our hearts are filled with sadness at this news and our thoughts and prayers go out to you, her family. We know how much she loved y'all and cherished and experienced great joy with her grandchildren. Klickie was one of our favorite people - so smart and fun and caring and thoughtful and generous. We wouldn't be living our retirement years in SSI were it not for Klickie's efforts on our behalf and it hurts knowing that we won't have more time with her. The obituary y'all prepared is beautiful and true. Thank you, and God bless you.

A short prayer for Klickie.

Dear FATHER GOD, all powerful and everloving, I thank you for the life of my best "girl friend" Klickie. I thank you for the time we had together and for her thoughtfulness and great sense of humor. I pray that your eternal light will shine upon her path back to you and that she will enjoy everlasting bliss with you.

Amen

Klickie was not only funny and smart, but one of the most generous and kind human beings I've ever known. We met way back in the 70's working together at a Stock Brokerage firm in Atlanta. When I had a shop on St. Simons Island she was a regular customer and it was always so much fun when she came in. The thing about Klickie is that she was just a genuinely good hearted person that went out of her way to help anyone who needed help without any fanfare. She did some favors for me that I will never forget and could never repay. You don't meet many folks like her in the world today and I was blessed to have known her. Sending lots of love and prayers to her family who she adored. I love you, Klickie. You left us too early. Your star will shine brightly forever in our hearts. (she'd probably laugh at this line, but it's true !)

We moved to the area in 1991 and I remember looking at a real estate book and seeing this funny name - Klickie. I called her, set up an appointment and off we went. It was a treat to be with Klickie - she had a wicked sense of humor which I loved. She was so incredibly smart and fun to be around. She loved her children and were so proud of them. The last conversation I had with her, she talked about her grandchildren and how much she loved them. Klickie, you were one of a kind and you are going to be greatly missed.

Klickie and I were Thetas at Georgia and I don't think I have ever met a funnier individual. She had a quick wit and was very observant of everything around her. She was such a professional real estate agent having sold my mother's patio home in a very short time during a difficult market. She also sold several of my brother's homes here on St. Simons and he never ran into any problems as she anticipated all issues. Her real estate office was right next door to the Merrill Lynch office I worked in and I would always see her car there early in the morning, late in the evening and also on weekends. Yet, as busy as she was, she would always drop anything that she was doing when I would drop in to chat with her. I never felt rushed and we always had such fun conversations, catching up on news and reminiscing about Theta days. She will be missed by all in the community.
