Kay Marie "Kayce" Bray of Hot Springs passed away Saturday, June 23, 2012. She was born on July 25, 1952, to James F. and Ida M. Pearman at Fort Walton Beach, Florida: Eglin Air Force Base. She attended Rich Central High School, in Matteson, Illinois and attended Prairie State Jr. College in Chicago Heights, Illinois, where she was a cheerleader. Kay is preceded in death by her father, James F. Pearman and is survived by her mother, Ida M. Porterfield and step-father Clyde Porterfield of Hot Springs Village, AR. She has a brother, Patrick Pearman of Sparks, NV. Kay devoted her entire life to her two daughters: Kori Pearman of Fenton, MO and Kelly Valone of Hot Springs as a single parent. She has a granddaughter in Hot Springs and numerous cousins and friends. A celebration of life will be held Friday, June 29th from 2 to 4 p.m. in Hot Springs Village. Directions will be available at the (main) West Gate.
