Keith Allen Davis was born May 30, 1954, in Gary, Indiana to the late Carl and Elizabeth Davis. On September 19, 2025, Keith Davis was called home to be with Jehovah with a beautiful smile on his face.He attended Roosevelt High School. After attending high school, he worked for the United States Gary Steel Mill, under the administration of Mayor Richard G. Hatcher, and started a business as a contractor.

He was a devoted Jehovah Witness that looked forward to calls from his sister Annie Moore every morning to read the scripture. He met Stephanie Twitdy in 1986, and was married on September 14, 1998, he remained a devoted husband until he made his peaceful transition. He loved spending time with family and friends talking and telling old stories and was a man that liked a good barbeque.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Carl and Elizabeth Davis siblings; Carl Davis, Lena Davis, Harold Davis, James Davis, Ronald Davis, Vanessa Davis, and Annie Moore. He leaves to cherish in their memory his wife; Stephanie Davis, six children; Keith (Kalneca) Davis Jr., Erika Barefield, Jermaine Davis, LaKesha Davis, Christina Davis, and Nikita Davis, James Twitdy, and Katrina (Kevin) Williams, grandchildren; Keith Davis III, Kei'Aira Davis, India Davis, TyMyra Davis, Zy'Keith Davis, Keimal Davis, Kei'Maya Davis, Tracy Davis, Tiara Davis, Tyler Davis, David Barefield, De'Ron Barefield, Jermaine Davis Jr., Niyah Hall, Andrew Davis, Dezman Davis, and Ava Bradley; and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other close relatives and friends. Wake Wednesday October 1,2025 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Funeral 12:00 p.m. all services at Powell-Coleman Funeral Home 3200 W. 15th Ave Gary,In.
