Keith Franke Obituary
Born October 19, 1953, in Council Bluffs, Iowa, to Dale and Betty (Pippitt) Franke and was united in marriage to Lorri (Birdsall). Keith was an avid fisherman and loved to tell his fish stories to all. He loved his family and especially granddaughter, Payton, mushroom hunting and animals.
He was preceded in death by his father, Dale; and mother, Betty, in January 2013.
Survivors include wife, Lorri, of Oakland; daughter, Kassandra Fourney, of Omaha, Neb.; sons, Zane Fourney and wife, Katie, of Treynor, Iowa, Kevin Price, of Kennewick, Wash.; granddaughter, Payton Birnley, of Omaha; sisters, Becky Stander, Brenda Meford, both of Omaha, Judy Farrell and husband, Mark; brothers, Kenton and Kevin Franke, all of Council Bluffs; father-in-law, Jim Birdsall, of Mondamin, Iowa; sisters- and brothers-in-law, Shelley Neill and husband, Jeff, of Mondamin, Teresa Lautrup and husband Brian, of Modale, Iowa, Jami Fuller and husband, Rob, of Texas; nieces, nephews, and other family members who Keith loved and cherished.
Visitation Saturday, 12 to 1 p.m., followed by memorial service at 1 p.m., all at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Bayliss Park Chapel. Interment at a later date.

Lorri We are so sorry for the loss of MacGyver. Words seem inadequate to express the sadness we feel about his death.He will be greatly missed and our camping trips will never be the same without him stopping by. Keith was many things to many people, A friend, A comedian,A mushroom hunter,fishing buddy,story teller the list could go on, to me he was my Step Dad,It took a strong man to help raise 5 wild kids.
