I just learned of Keith's passing. I had the pleasure and privilege of serving with Keith from 1977 to 1993, gathering a lot of good memories along the way. He was a mentor to me and later a peer. He was most of all a good friend. My deepest condolences go to his sister and his other relatives. May Keith rest in peace and may we remember him eternally.

I served with Keith in the early 1970's. He was a decent, kind man, with a great sense of humour. I still think of him and remember him with fondness. VVV

Keith was a longtime friend of Early Music Vancouver, attending many concerts over the years. He lived just down the road from our offices and would regularly drop by to select his season's tickets and to always add a donation to his purchase. Always a gentle and friendly presence, he will be missed by his friends here, and we send our condolences to his family and friends.

Col Freer was our CO at 744 when I first joined the reserve unit in 1980. I remember foundly my first attempt in driving a stick was in his car when I was assigned to drive him and a guest to a event. The last time I saw the Col was in Kingston during the 100 year Anniversary. Sir Thank you for yor service. VVV

Keith was my Commanding Officer and Regimental HLCol. He had an excellent memory and relished in the story telling of past unit events and the people involved. The Doug Ware pizza delivery to the Officer's Mess Dinner at Jeriicho is one I heard many times through the years. Although showing his serious side most often, Keith was able to laugh about this particular event years later.

I will miss bumping into Keith on Broadway or at the Clinic and hearing about his latest travel adventure and his plans for the next trip.

Keith was an Officer and a Gentleman. May he Rest in Peace.

A faraway uncle but always generous. Loved seeing him here in Australia with fond memories made and thoroughly enjoyed our eventual visits to Vancouver. A true gent.

Certainly a great mentor and friend to so many young soldiers and cadets. Proud to have been part of Keith's extended military family. VVV
