Keith David Jodway Keith David Jodway, age 45 of Hilton Head Island, SC formally of Grosse Pointe Michigan, passed suddenly in his sleep on January 22, 2015. Keith was an amazing son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend. Keith was a world renowned Chef who studied in Chambeery, France and worked for top culinary icons Marcus Samuelsson, Ed Brown and David Burke. He worked at the Sea Grill in Rockefeller Center and participated in the Culinary Olympics. He was a lively, witty contestant on the Food Network's Chopped Challenge. He had a love for travel and was able to bring his passion for cooking to restaurants around the world, including San Francisco, New York, Hawaii, and extensively in Michigan and Hilton Head. He won several Iron Chef Competitions, Taste of the Season, Soup Challenges, and many other prestigious awards. He possessed a lifelong passion for epicurean cuisine since the tender age of nine and his cooking has touched the lives of so many. Keith was the second son of Jay Jodway and Gail Phillips Jodway born on August 7, 1969. Beloved brother to Kirk and Jason (Itzel). Fun and caring uncle to Jamason, Jenevieve, and Juliet. Loving friend to Diana Griffin. He is survived by his parents, brothers, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends and will be missed greatly by everyone blessed to have known him. A visitation will be held Tuesday, January 27 from 10 to 11 am followed by a memorial Service at 11 am at The Island Funeral Home and Crematory, 4 Cardinal Rd., Hilton Head Island, SC 29926.
