Keith sold me the engagement ring that I bought for Marie and he led us through pre-marital counselling when he was an elder at Calvary Church on Scott Street. A truly Bible believing and godly man.

The first time I met Keith was when my mother took me into his store to buy me a high school graduation watch. That was 1978. I still wear that watch, and I have always gone to Keith for gifts of all kinds for my family. I work downtown and I will truly miss his smile, his handshake, and the security of knowing that I was dealing with an honest and faithful gentleman. I went into the store today for the first time in a while, only to learn of Keith's passing. It became a sad day. My sincerest condolences to his family. God rest his soul, and provide each of you with the comfort of your memories.

Our condolences to Elaine, Keith, Kathy and Kerry on the passing of your husband and father. Keith Sr always had a smile on his face and was a sincere and encouraging gentleman. He was also a very good hockey player what I remember. A strong Christian leader in the church he attended and in the business world. Sad to hear he has passed but heaven has gained a passionate servant. Brian and Janet Friesen

To the entire, extended wonderful Lichty family, my heart goes out to you all for this heavy loss. Reading the condolences about Keith Sr., and mindful not to be redundant of the growing list of awesome attributes, (some 30+ adjectives describing his amazing character!), I just want to send you my heartfelt wishes for comfort and strength. I will, as you will, always cherish the happy memories. A good guy, gone, but never forgotten, I smile when I think of him! Although we were connected for only a brief time in my life, he is straight up, one of my all-time favourite people!

Keith was one of those special people that has Blessed and enriched our life for more than 50 years. Keith's life was filled with a rich enjoyment of family, work, a love for hockey, golf, and friends. On many occasions a visit to Williams Jewelers would make Christmas and birthdays a happy occasion for my dear wife. A faithful servant of our Lord; Keith ministered to others with kindness, an easy smile and a soft word. Until his health failed he ministered as Chairman of the Board of Glenridge Bible Church, his leadership style was one of encouragement, strength, and an unfailing commitment to the ministry he loved so dearly. Keith was a firm but loving example to all that had the privilege of serving under his leadership. To Elaine and her dear family we thank you for sharing your husband, father and grandfather with us as a family of believers, God Bless you all. Till we meet again in Glory. Blessing, Donna and George Warkentin

Was so sorry to read about Keith’s passing . What a great person he was. Jim bought my engagement ring from Keith in 1968 and we always went back to usually repair my jewellery. Keith would almost laugh and asked what needed fixing this time. Deepest Sympathy he will certainly be missed not standing behind the counter at William’s Jewellery.

Keith will be dearly missed. He lived out his faith as he walked this life's journey. His heart was for God's people and he was always "checking in" on people to encourage and pray with them.
He was a friend and a mentor and his counsel was always appreciated.
We are grateful for his many years of faithful service and leadership at Glenridge Bible Church and his wonderful support for Calvary Christian School.
In all that he did he would only want to give honour and glory to his Heavenly Father and his Saviour.
Well done good and faithful servant!
Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His faithful servant. Psalm116:15.
Our sincere sympathy to Elaine, family and friends and we pray that God will give you comfort and strength in the days ahead.

We offer our deepest sympathies to Elaine and all the kids and their families. I will truly miss Keith, as I have dealt with him since I was 14 years old. I worked next store when I was with Laura Secord on St. Paul Street. Back then we didn't have store phones, etc....Keith always would keep watch as I was young school girl working alone many shifts. Over the years....have met his wonderful family. And yes.....I would say I have purchased ALOT of jewellery pieces from him.....he loved to offer a deal I couldn't refuse. I will miss him from the heart. Even recently got to see him enjoying one of my chocolate bars!!!!
