I lived in Carterville and was best friends with Keith's younger brother Nick back in the 1980s. I haven't seen him in quite sometime but I found about his passing just a few moments ago. I am truly sorry that he passed and wanted to extend my condolences to Rick and Kim.

I had the pleasure of helping Keith and Kari buy a home when they moved to Edwardsville and bought Cleveland Heath. They were laser-focused and hardworking but very warm and personable at the same time. I am truly sorry for Kari and his parents. He was a good man.
