Keith Pugh, 59, of Waldorf, Maryland, passed away on July 29, 2024. Born on June 1, 1965, in Washington, DC, Keith was known for his vibrant sense of humor and his love for basketball and boxing. His infectious smile and jovial nature made him a beloved figure among his family and friends.

Keith Pugh, known fondly as Bugsby by his family and friends, was born on June 1, 1965, to Leroy and Ethel Pugh in Charleston, South Carolina. His parents raised him in Takoma Park and Wheaton, Maryland with his younger sisters, Michelle and Christen. keith spent many of his summers as a youth in South Carolina with his beloved grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins in the Baptist Hill and Petersfield areas.

After graduating from Wheaton High School, in Wheaton, MD, Keith moved to New Jersey, where he attended college and lived with his beloved aunt Susan Sanders Jean. While in New Jersey, Keith met Kendra Wilson, and they became parents to his two oldest children: Tekeithia and Keith, Jr. He would also become a bonus dad to his darling Sontaneice. A few years later, Keith moved with his children back to Maryland to be closer to his parents and for better work opportunities. During that time, he met and began a loving relationship with his current partner, Angelique Sherika Brown. Keith was blessed again with a wonderful bonus son, Jaden, and later he and Aimee became parents to their beautiful sons, Kevon and Karim.

Keith embarked on a successful career in Transportation, where he excelled thanks to his strong work ethic and interpersonal skills. He later embarked on a rewarding career at LifeStyles of Maryland, where he formed close-knit work connections with people he saw as extended family. Keith's respectful, caring, kind, and professional demeanor, allowed him to relate to and engage with all kinds of people in his professional life.

Most important to Keith, was his family. He was a devoted father, partner, son, uncle, and brother whose warmth, generosity, and humorous spirit deeply touched the lives of every family member, coworker, friend, or stranger who crossed his path. A benevolent and caring soul, gone far too soon.
