Jeanette Louise Lilly, age 96, of Streetsboro, OH, passed away on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at UH Portage Medical Center.
Jeanette was born April 12, 1929 in Kent, OH to the late Gale and Ruby (White) Oberholtzer.
Married to the late Jack Lilly on July 17, 1948, together for 71 years until his passing in 2019. They lived in Streetsboro since 1949. Graduated from Kent Roosevelt in 1947.
She is survived by a daughter, Marla (Charlie) Minerovic; a son, Jeff (Marianne) Lilly; Six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sister, Sandy Miller and brother, Mark Oberholtzer and many nieces and nephews. Prior to passing, she and Jack lost a son and daughter-in-law, Gerald and Mary Lilly; and her siblings, Wanda Smith, Bill, Jim, Paul, Gordon, and Jon.
Calling hours will be held 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM Wednesday, April 30, 2025 followed by funeral services at 11:30 AM Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at Bissler & Sons Funeral Home, 628 W. Main St., Kent, OH 44240 with Kevin O’Brien officiating. Burial will follow at Standing Rock Cemetery.
