To Kelly's family. I pray that with time, only GOOD memories are preserved, to give you comfort and bring you peace. Kelly was a well respected, professional and caring nurse. We worked together for the past few years in PACU. Her passing leaves us all bewildered and struggling to understand. Our prayers are with you all.

I first met Kelly about 8 years ago when I was a nursing student at HRMC. Once hired on, she was my preceptor. What a NIGHMARE!!! Kelly was so smart she taught and showed me so much. I am the nurse I am today because of her passion and compassion to be the best. She was always there for me back when I was a student and once I ventured on my own I always knew I could count on her for any help or advise. I am stricken by her loss and pray for all involved in her life. I hope her compassion in life and nursing continues on as it has in me because of her.

Kelly stopped to help when I was next to death from an accident I had at work. She was critical in saving my life. She took much of her personal time to check on my condition at all times during my recovery. She did this even though we had never met before.
She will always be in my heart. People like her renew my faith that there are still people who care for others. What a worderful nurse, friend and beautiful person she was.

Kelly and I went through nursing school together. When I first saw her on our first day of class, I thought, "Wow! What a Beautiful woman." We had some clinicals together also. I was amazed at her sense of compassion towards her patients, and her helpfulness towards her fellow nursing students. We became friends durning school. We had a lot of laughs and her sense of humor was wonderful as well as her laugh! We worked on the same floor at HRMC also for a few years. Kelly and I didn't always see eye to eye :-) on things professionally, but I had great respect for her as a professional and a person. She was a completely different person out of work. She was bubbley, playful, mischievious, and had an infectious laugh! I didn't keep in touch with Kelly the last several years, but I thought of her often and hoped she was doing well. Kelly, you will be missed by many, and many lives have been enriched because of you. I'll see you some other time and we will laugh together again.

We will never forget the wonderful times we spent with Kelly last summer in Florida. Kayaking up the creek and stroking the manatees will be a memory that we will cherish always. Kelly made a tremendous impression on our son Christopher in the short time he knew her and she brought such joy to his heart over those few days she will always be remembered. Kelly was a truly wonderful person and we were all devastated to hear that she'd been taken from those who knew and loved her. Our thoughts are with her family and friends. Rest in peace Kelly. All our love Phil, Alison, Christopher, Andrew & Mike xxxxx

Kelly was a friend of mine for 16 years. Although we didn't see each other as often as we used to, every time I saw or talked to her, we picked up right where we left off. She will be missed by so many.

I never knew Kelly, but my very dear friend, Kelly's sister Kimber, spoke often and fondly of her baby sister. Therefore I grieve as well at Kelly's passing. It seems that a great sense of humor is a family trait because Kimber always makes me laugh! To the entire family I send my love and my heart will be with you as you lay Kelly to rest on Saturday.

I had the pleasure of working with Kelly at HRMC; she was always one of the bright spots of my day. She had a great sense of humor and always treated her patients like they were family. She will be missed and I will never forget her smile. My thoughts and prayers go out the her family.
