Kendrick HUBBARD Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we inform his many friends and family of the passing of Ken. He was born in Penzance, Saskatchewan on February 6th, 1926 to Charlie and Grace Hubbard and passed away peacefully on October 12th, 2012 at the Royal University Hospital with his family by his side. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Edith; two sons, Brad (Marilyn) of Saskatoon and Greg (Rhonda) of Sherwood Park, Alberta; seven grandsons, Robert, Johnathon, and Nathan (Brad/Marilyn); Scott, Bradan, Adam, and Jordan (Greg/Rhonda); his sister, Pat Lazaruk of Calgary; brother-in-law, Lloyd Campbell as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Ken was predeceased by his sister Wilma Campbell and brother-in-law, Nick Lazaruk. Ken's first love was his beloved family and his second love was his 40 year old business, Saskatoon Radiator Sales and Service, and all the relationships. He and Edie enjoyed the many winter stays in Mesa, Arizona. He was a member of the Saskatoon Optimist Club. The Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 17th at Windsor Chapel (8th Avenue North and Windsor Street). In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated if directed to either KidneyFoundation or to Cancer Research. Arrangements in care of John Schachtel- MOURNING GLORY FUNERAL SERVICES (978-5200)

My Mother recently told me of Kens passing and I remember him very fondly to be a wise and gentle man. I have always had the deepest respect for him and my thoughts go out to the Hubbard family during this tough time.

Was very sad to here of kens passing. I always rembember him as a kind man who would always be there if your hockey or baseball team needed a contribution. He will be sadly missed in the community.

You may not remember me, but I am Jack Anderson's niece, Janice. My Uncle Jack and Aunt Eileen brought me with them sometimes when I was a child to Long Lake Lodge in the summers, and I remember meeting you and your husband.
