Hey Kenny-boy. I miss you. We were great friends from the time we met during the Wood Gundy training program in Toronto in 1979. We all learned very quickly that you were unique, funny, smart, loving and loyal. I have a picture in my living room of you, Mark Whitehead and me at an "Ultra Glow" cosmetics road show on Marine Drive...we were definitely only there for the free drinks! Anyway, sorry you didn't stick around longer...we had a lot more hot wings to eat, cold draft to drink and US college football to watch. Much love, Dooger-boy.

Kenny,
I love you man, always have, always will. You know that. So so sorry we drifted away. My bad. Thanks for everything. Just so you know, I'm going to "our rock" off the north shore and leave a margarita for you. I'm so sad for my loss but know you now have some true peace. That makes me feel a bit better. I love you man. peace out. we'll talk later..

Ken.... When we met again at a reunion, never would have guessed you to become a Doctor.. My hat goes off to you. Never a person for a lack of words, almost never with out a smile, or a laugh. You were quite often the centre of the conversation.
The world will be a different place with your absence.
So... Our condolences from our family to yours,
Rest in Peace.. God Bless

Ken, I will always remember the delight of seeing you at the hospital so many years ago, and "talking" to you in the recent past. Knowing that you are no longer in this world, makes it an emptier place. You will be missed.
Rest in peace.

Kenny,
You will be so sorely missed. I know you are in a happier place now but we are so sad not to be able to connect with you. You were always terrific fun to be around, never a dull moment, especially if there was another table, nearby within earshot when you were telling a story.
You were so very much your own person which we all admired and we did always appreciate you keeping in touch.
Thinking of you.

Ken,
We all lead such busy lives and I often regret not keeping in touch with old friends. I know we weren't close but I did consider you to be a friend.
I remember playing neighbourhood games at Nanaimo Park and sharing classes with you in high school, especially Math 12 with Mrs. Remple.
You always went out of your way to talk to me, even after high school and I will always cherish our last conversation were I feel I truely got to know you.
You always made me laugh with you contagious smile and goofy antics, but I do know that you are in a better place. You will be missed.

Ken - I am sorry that your life was relatively short. I am also sorry that it seems a lifetime ago in high-school that we knew one another. I'll always remember you as being quite a character and hope you are now in a better place.

In your memory, Dr. Ken ... friend and next-door/building neighbor. I will miss your presence & quietly grieve your unexpected passing. I did enjoy our brief times together when our paths crossed on various occasions when we would would talk just about anything and find substance and meaning in the content in each of the others' intellects & points of view on a whole range of subject matter (Anything & everything under the sun so-to-speak. Now I suppose you are truly part of the cosmos & are at peace & free from the various burdens and suffering in life.
I suppose the saying applies here ...

Hey Ken!
Sorry I missed you. Wish I could have done something positive for you. You surprised me by leaving so soon! I really appreciate you keeping in touch and making me feel a little younger through all these years we have been hooked up. I just drove by 57th and Granville and saw the old Taylor Mansion and remembered going through the deserted house in 1971 or so and the big bruise you gave me on my arm when we all got a little startled by something in the dark. I remember you slept over at our house after my 18th birthday and tried to climb up into my sister's bedroom in the middle of the night! We enjoyed Frank Gnup together in Fall 1972. You enjoyed all the characters you met. And they enjoyed you, too. You were a character! A big rough and tough teddy bear. Wish we had hooked up for lunch with Mr. Iwata. I know you did. I will make a pilgrimage to the Kerr Road hill, but cannot promise I will run up at this stage. You brought many moments of laughter and joy to my life. Thanks. I miss you and always will! All the very best,
