Hello Elder Bello, I tried to send you a message via the SWBM email address I have for you, but did not have success.
Hope all is going fine for you and your family with the passing of your brother. Denny & I both send our sympathy.
I was delighted to read that your Mother wrote the Primary song "Popcorn Popping"! Very special song to me! I was just released from being the Primary Chorister 2 weeks ago.....so you know I certainly had the kids singing that particular song each spring.
Cheerio for now & hope to see you at the end of March for our annual reunion.
Chari & Denny Engle

There were so many good people and good times I had when I was working at NAC. Ken was Indeed one of those people. I would have to say those were the best times of my life. Ohh the parties we would have with all the gang. Every time I hear popcorn popping on the apricot tree, I will remember Ken. He was a good man. I will always have fond memories of him in my heart.

I still miss the fun times we had growing up in the third ward. Our parents were good friends too. I still live in the neighborhood with Lynn. Take care family.

I was so sorry to hear of Ken's passing. For 3-4 years in the 1980s, we worked together on an almost nightly basis. I was assistant sports editor at the Tribune. Ken, in his job in the backshop with the NAC, pasted up our sports pages. I have valued his friendship and professionalism for the last 35 years, though I haven't seen him for awhile. We made a lot of tight deadlines together. To his family and other friends, my heartfelt condolences on the passing of a warm, funny, honest, intelligent man. RIP, my friend.
