Saratoga Springs - Kenneth Charles Buhrmaster, 53, passed away unexpectedly at home of natural causes on Monday, February 13, 2023. Born on October 20, 1969 in Schenectady NY, Ken was the son of James and Sandra Buhrmaster.
Ken grew up in Scotia and was a 1987 graduate of Scotia-Glenville High School. He was a proud alumnus of Utica College of Syracuse University, receiving his Bachelor of Science in Economics & Human Resource Management in 1994. Ken met his best friend and forever love, Kathleen in 1990 and the two were married on August 31, 1996.
Ken spent his entire professional career working for his family businesses. He started at the age of 11, cleaning offices working his way up from shop hand to sales manager to becoming President/CEO of J.H. He loved cheering on his New York sports teams, the Giants, the Knicks, the Yankees and of course the Syracuse Orange! Ken was an avid reader of the New York Post and enjoyed sharing interesting articles with family and friends. He had the best sense of humor and a twinkle in his eye as he enjoyed sharing funny stories and jokes.
