I was truly shocked to hear of Ken's cruelly early passing. It was a pleasure to work with him at TrueContext. He was always supportive, positive and humorous. My deepest sympathies to his family.

As one of our team captains in our summer Monday night hockey league, I had the pleasure of not only meeting Ken, but also working with him in the managing of our league. Ken's positive and level-headed attitude was a calming force both on and off the ice, something so necessary for a self-refereed league. Ken's attitude, as well as his wry smile and quiet wit will be missed by all of us. To Jake, Liam and to all family and friends, on behalf of the Green Team, most sincere condolences. With distinction, Ken captained a team in our informal recreational summer hockey league. When the previous captain retired from the league, Ken stepped up to take on this sometimes thankless task. It has been guys, the likes of Ken, that have enabled this league to continue for over 40 years. Ken's management of his team always ensured a sportsmanlike game and there are more than 60 current players who will miss him. We just want his family and friends to know that he will be remembered and always respected by all of us for his good work and outstanding contribution in his recreational time.

I was so sad to hear of Ken's passing as we had not seen each other for a couple of years. I will fondly remember the time we spent in the rink.

You loved life to it's fullest, whether you were keeping us in line at work or flying down the slopes. You will continue to be an inspiration. Rest in peace, Ken.
