To the DeCoster Family: I was so sorry to hear about Mr.DeCoster's death. I got to know him through his dealings at the City of Oakdale and was always very impressed with how personable he was - he always took the time to say something nice when he stopped by. He'll be missed at City Hall and will be in my prayers.

Dear Jean, I look at the paper everyday, since we moved, just to stay in touch. I saw Doug's name this morning - I am so sorry! My thoughts are with you and your family at this time. I enjoyed him!
