Kenneth Scott Rowe, 42, of Silvis, Ill., died at his home on Dec. 26, 2005.
Services will be 1 p.m. Dec. 30, 2005, at the Bible Holiness Church, East Moline. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Dec. 29, at the Bible Holiness Church, East Moline. Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline.
He was born Jan. 21, 1963, in Moline, to Warren and Sandra (Krambeck) Rowe. He married Dorrinda Scalf on Dec. 13, 1997, in Silvis.
He worked for IBP/Tyson foods for 21 years as a machine operator.
Ken was a faithful saint of Bible Holiness church, who loved and served the Lord. He loved Christian music, fishing, Illini basketball, and camping.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be established for his daughter's college fund.
Survivors (spouse) include his wife, Dorrinda Rowe, Silvis; daughters, Ruby Leigh Rowe and Chelsie Forest, both at home; mother, Sandra Rowe, Geneseo; father, Warren (Donna) Rowe, of Arkansas; brother, David Rowe, Colona; brothers-in-law, Donald (Jacqueline), Port Byron, and Robert Vincent, East Moline; sister-in-law, Doris Harden, of California; mother-in-law, Ruby Carey, Silvis; grandma, Dorothy Rowe, Moline; step-grandparents, Melvin and Carol Pace, of Arkansas; stepsister, Jennifer Woods, Geneseo; stepbrother, Christopher (April) Woods, Geneseo; nieces and nephews, Dawson Rowe, Nicholas Steele, Matthew Gehn, Brandon Gehn, Jodie Scalf, Jill Scalf, Derek Scalf, Coy Vincent, Levi Freund, Garrett Tuttle, Michael Bettcher, Zachary Woods, Jacob Woods, and Nicholas Woods; special aunt and uncle, Herbert and Clara Krambeck; and several aunts uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Tamra Gehn, brother, Kurt Rowe, grandfather, Oliver Rowe, and grandparents, Harry and Dorothy Krambeck.
