Kent Wright D.V.M.

In loving memory of Dr. Kent C. Wright Dr. Kent Crandall Wright, 79, of Lake Forest, California, passed away on December 18, 2018, after a long battle with Parkinson's disease. Kent was born in Modesto, California on November 28, 1939, to Lamon Johnson Wright and Ruby Adeline Crandall. Kent attended Thomas Downey High School in Modesto, California. After graduating from the University of California Davis School of Veterinary Medicine, he went on to develop a vibrant equine veterinary practice here in Orange County, California for over 30 years. Kent had many passions, including horse breeding and racing, poker, travel, cooking and videography. Kent was preceded in death by his parents, Lamon and Ruby. Kent is survived by his wife of thirty-five years, Kelly Nelson-Wright; son, Jeffrey Wright and grandchildren, Maia Wright and Peter Wright; son, Kevin Wright, his wife, Kirsten Wright, and grandchild, Nora Wright; brothers, Gary Wright and Lane Wright; and numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends. The family would like to express its sincere gratitude to the selfless caregivers and wonderful friends who loved Kent so well during the last years of his life.
