I am just devastated to hear about Kevin's passing. Kevin and I first met in the 70's, when Donnie and he came for a vacation, and never went home! We were tour guides together. We remained dear friends for all of these years. I had not heard from him and had been trying to find him, to no avail. I found this obituary today and am just shocked. I will always remember Kevin and all of our good times. I will always remember his HUGE heart. He will never be forgotten. My thoughts and prayers are with you all, and of course, with Kevin.

My dad Steve Garcia was his best friend and we had been looking for Kevin. My dad, Steve passed away earlier this month and I know they are together again. I am so sorry for your loss. I can´t begin to tell you how many laughs I shared with Kevin. He was so kind. He loved my dad and was always there for him. He will be missed and always remembered in my heart. I am sorry that we didn´t know sooner. I can´t believe they are gone.

Kevin was a kind soul who was a blessing to all he came in contact with. My family will always hold Kevin and the Belton´s who loved him dearly in our hearts. May he enjoy a joyous reunion with his Mother Josephine and Father Tom St. God Bless.
