Today was a sad day for me to hear of Kevin's passing. My condolences to his family and I know they will miss him dearly. Kevin and his love of flying helicopters will be a very special memory of mine along with my co workers over the years 'at the hangar'.

I was so saddened to hear this news today. I always looked forward to seeing Kevin at IWCE in March and I will be sad not to see him in 2014. Kevin, you will be looking down on your group you built and they will continue your legacy!

We are truly saddened to hear about Kevin's passing. Even though we only knew Kevin and Natalia for a short time during our summer vacations at Osoyoos he is one person we will always remember. Each time we hear a helicopter pass by we will remember him with a smile. Our thoughts and hearts go out to you Natalia and your children at this difficult time.

Going on motorcycle rides with Kevin were some of my fondest memories of him. Never a dull moment. One ride in particular that stands out was on a trip to Yakima with me, Kevin, Pete Lukasch, Ken Gamble, and Clyde McKewan. Kevin started doing his Rodney Dangerfield impersonation and he had us all rolling on the ground in laughter. Really gonna miss that guy.

Dear Natalia, Kenny, Nevada, Whisper and Colby

I can't express how deeply saddened I am to hear about your loss. Although it's been a few years since we've been in touch, it seems like only yesterday…..I will forever cherish the wonderful and happy memories I have of our times together in Osoyoos and Big White and also the vacations to Maui. I will cherish all the memories I have of Kevin laughing and joking, giving good, solid and sound advice, his great listening skills, how he incessantly gave all the kids rides on the ATV in Osoyoos, and took them tubing behind the boat - and the late night talks around the campfire….all the dinners on Maui….skiing….the list is endless. I have so many pictures, as well as a couple of short movies, from these times that I'd like to send you personally. I'm attaching an older photo from Osoyoos that shows the side of Kevin that I knew - the family man and dad. I feel so honoured and privileged to have had the chance to know him, and yourselves, the beautiful family that he so dearly loved and cherished. I miss each and every one of you and think of you often. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. I send you my love and my sincerest condolences, Mette

Kevin hired me about 12 years ago. Though I was only with ICT and Kevin for 1 year; I learned so much, and my first management job, now career, came because Kevin saw something in me that he believed in. Two of my closest friends in my life I met at ICT - they were my coworkers at ICT. Kevin remains one of the most energetic personalities I have ever known on the face of this planet. Though being very intense at times, on the flip side he was an extraordinarily kind and encouraging gentleman. Truly, I don't think I will ever forget Kevin, though we haven't been in touch in many years. I still often think back with fond memories about my days working with Kevin as his Production Manager. He used to take me with him to visit the Boeing plants in Washington, and we went to San Diego to a trade show where we walked into Tijuana Mexico together. He really took me under his wing for that year of my life and treated me like family. Natalia, my best thoughts and well wishes go out to you and your family with the loss of this great man, leader, husband, & father.

We are very saddened for Ken, Aunty Beth, Lynn, and Kevin's family with his passing. Here are a few fond memories of Kevin that I would like to share with you.

Growing up on Thetis Island and having an older buddy with a vehicle was a bonus! Kevin took me and our girlfriends to Nanaimo on a double date. We went to McDonalds and I was too shy to eat a hamburger in front of my date, but Kevin bought and ate 3 hamburgers all at .25 a peice.

We all knew Kevin loved vehicles and breaking in a new engine, he lit up the tires in front of the high school, only to be stopped by the police. They gave him the most leniant ticket, which was for excessive noise only after Kevin asked the cop if he had any friends? I was scared but proud to be with him at the time.

Kevin (KB) will always be remembered as one of the Good Guys!

Peace be with you.

Dear Mr & Mrs Bolster, Lynn, Natalia and Kids,
I am so, so sorry to hear of Kevin's passing - my deepest condolences. Kevin was a great Guy - we had a lot of fun together when we were younger. I will always treasure the memories of the trip to Denver we took on our motorcycles in 1972. Kevin, you will be missed but never forgotten.

A men is born gentle and weak,
All things are soft and flexible,
A men can advance without moving forward,
All under heaven have a common beginning and end.
Seeing the small is clarity,
The greatest perfection seems imperfection,
Great discussion seems silent,
Life sets limits.

One could not remain only as a customer, Kevin & Natalia became very cherished friends. One could not know Kevin for very long without him enriching your life with his profound character. His friendship was as solid as his word, one could always count on it. His love for Natalia & his family was so exemplary, I often drew strength from him during our personal discussions. May God continue to provide you, Natalia and the family with strength in these most difficult days. We know God's love never fails.

Kevin and I became friends as soon as he landed on Thetis Island. We shared all our life experiences through our teenage years. While our lives went in different directions I will always remember those times and all the crazy things we did together. My heart goes out Ken, Beth, and Lynn. You were all such a big part of my life during those informative years. I just learned this sad news and unfortunately don't have enough lead time to cancel prior commitments in order to attend the service. I will contact you later.
R.I.P buddy!

Dear Beth Anne, Ken & Lynn Mary:
What long time memories we have of your family and Kevin. When we all lived in Yakima we used to trade sitting with our children. Kevin was always so full of pep and energy. He and Mike used to love sliding down our long hall on that beautiful hard wood in the home that Ken built for us. Oh so many memories. Our hearts and sympathy go out to you and Kevin's family. He made great contributions to life and there will be an empty place for all of us. We love you all and are with you in spirit.

Kevin was a part of our family for many years. He was an inspiration to every one of us. I remember how much he loved music and was asked to put on dances with his reel to reel...old school I know. He always helped others and believed in their worth. He loved life and really tried to live life to the fullest. I know when he started his career in electronics, he knew he would be successful. He praised others who worked along side with him. He recognized the good and the strengths in others and let them know. He will be truly missed and his memories live on in those who were fortunate to know him. Our family loves you Kevin and we love you Natalia, Ken, Nevada, Whisper and Colby. Love Karen ( Laurie's sister)
