Kevin Francis Doherty

I'm so sorry to hear about Kevin's illness and death. Kevin helped me with my first ever, Midwest order in January, 2002 and we always joked about the learning curve I didn't even know was before me in the retail industry. Last January, I attended the Las Vegas wholesale show and missed Kevin's presence in the show room and learned he had a health challenge at that time. Sending my sympathy to you Joyce and your family. I will always hold those memories of my early retail years and Midwest orders close to my heart. Kevin will be greatly missed. There are no words i can say that will make this loss any less painful but i am so sorry for your loss. kevin is my cousin and i have know him all my life.i have to tell you this, he was a fun guy to be around and when ever we got together it was a blast!!! It truly breaks my heart that this happened at such a young age.You will be missed my good friend but never forgotten.

Picturing Kevin, the sparkle in his eye and smile come to mind. He was the embodiment of the fundamental decency that we all cherish and hope to impart to our kids. Good humor, patience, hard work, overcoming challenges with grace, kindness, and expressing dissatisfaction with gentleness are only a few of the virtues he modeled for the rest of us. But it was his love of family that was paramount. We mourn his passing and feel the world must step up to compensate for his absence. To you, Joyce, Erin, Ben, Patrick, Ashley and all your beautiful children, we are so very sorry. Just as Kevin's love for you was immense, may God comfort and bless you abundantly. The news of Kevin's passing has been a shock to many Cicero High classmates who played and partied together through those formative years of life; but lost touch over the years. We were all blessed to have known him and been a small part of his life. He will be missed but always a cherished piece of our collage of life. My deepest sympathies to Joyce and the entire Doherty extended family.
