Judy:

My full sympathies for the passing of Kevin. He was an intelligent and gentle man with a fine sense of humor. I recall that Kevin always gave more than he received, and this generosity is the hallmark of human decency.

In my last months at Esso research, Kevin appeared at the office door with a group of well wishers and we had a great lively conversation about the many changes since he had left Sarnia.

During this visit to Sarnia Kevin told me about the health challenges, and there is no doubt that he faced these with perfect dignity.

With great respect.......Don Hewson

Dear Judy,

My deepest sympathy to you and the girls.

We were shocked and saddened to hear of Kevin's death.

Don (my husband) and Kevin worked together in Sarnia and I remember meeting Kevin on social occasions. I always remember him with a smile and a very gentle manner.

- - take care, Rosemary O'Donnell Hewson (Don will be sending a note as well.)

Dear Judy and family,

Kevin's path and my path separated when I retired in 1991, but it was so good to read what Richard Ozubko wrote as part of his tribute to Kevin - "What Kevin's friends and co-workers will especially miss are his ever-pleasant, optimistic nature, and the joy he consciously found in everyday life." Many lives have been enriched by Kevin's; many sorrow with you at this time.

Warmest regards,

Ken and Susan
