Kevin Kimball

Kevin Michael Kimball passed away January 26, 2013 in Park City, Ut. Born December 21, 1961 in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Charles and Judy Kimball.

Kevin was a kind, loving, and generous person. He played high school football and graduated college with a business degree. He managed restaurants and cooked all over the Park City area. He was an avid outdoorsman and corvette enthusiast, and loved the culinary arts. Kevin volunteered at the U of U hospital weekly, and loved growing beautiful roses in his gardens. He always loved cats, but soon learned to love dogs and enjoyed his time with his own two pups, Peaches and Don Giovanni. We will miss his friendly and outgoing nature, and the way he always said "howdy" to strangers on the street. Not to mention his constant whistling…even if it was a little off key! Kevin will always be remembered by his frat brothers and many, many friends. He was a loving husband and a true friend.

He is survived by his wife, Valerie M. Jasbec; mother, Judith Hanley; brother, Charles Kimball; foster-brother, Robert Flippo. He is preceded in death by his father, Charles Kimball, and sister, Julie Kimball.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, January 31, 2013 12 noon at St. Lukes Episcopal Church, 4595 North Silver Springs Dr., Park City, UT. Viewing will be Thursday from 11:00 – 11:45 AM prior to the services at the church. Interment will follow in the Park City Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.olpinhoopes.com

Val and Judy...we are so very sorry and saddened by the news of Kevin's passing.
As neighbors, he was always a bright light walking with Don Giovanni. We always looked forward to saying hello and it warmed our heart to see how gentle and loving he was with you, Val.
Unfortunately, we were out of town when this happened but please know we are there for you if you need anything. Sending you both love, Frankie Ford and Scott Quai

Val, Our prayers are with you at this time. We will always remember Kevin as our strong back and always helpful friend and neighbor. We will never forget the visits by Don Giovanni with Kevin not far behind on the other end of the giant leash. We send our love. Bill and Joyce Brown
