My prayers go out to Nancy and Ed and Corey and your wife Kalyn. Nancy my heart is broken over hearing about Kevin. It seems like yesterday when the boys became friends. Corey and Shawn and Kevin was with them. Our Savior Lutheran days. I will pray God will give you the strength to get through this difficult time. After holidays I call and get together. O'Brien Family,
I'm so sorry for your loss. Kevin and I became friends freshman year of college and remained friends throughout the years. We would often catch up when I went down to Florida to visit family and try to stay in touch while I was up here. Words cannot express how much I will miss him, he was always a voice of comfort and was there for me when I needed to talk problems out or just needed a laugh. I know Kevin will always be in our hearts and watching out for us.

To The O'Brien Family,
Words cannot express how very sorry I am for your loss. Kevin and I became friends in college, although I had not seen him in some time, we spoke often, about once a month - It was always the highlight of my day when Kevin and I had the chance to catch up. I always found myself smiling, his sense of humor and caring nature was an invaluable gift to all that were fortunate enough to know him. Kevin represented the best of both worlds, he gave the gift of laughter to those around him, but even more than that, he had an incredible heart, unlike anyone else I've ever known. He was nurturing towards others, he had this ability to identify / recognize when someone was feeling down or struggling, when no one else could. He rushed to comfort and support those around him. Your son (brother, cousin, nephew) had such a positive impact on the lives of so many people. I am very fortunate to have had him in my life. Kevin made a lifetime's worth of a positive difference in the lives of those who knew him. Thank you for raising such a wonderful human being. To say I will miss Kevin very, very much is an understatement. My prayers and thoughts are with you all during this incredibly difficult time.
