Kevin J. St. John

Kevin J. St. John, 60, of Clearwater, FL, formerly of Bristol, died in his home Friday, (May 9, 2003) after battling cancer. He was raised in Naugatuck and a graduate of St. Michael's College in 1964. He was a member of the Who's Who in American Colleges and Universities. He was a former eagle scout and cub master, a lifelong Yankee fan and a collector of old-time movies. He belonged to the Society of Laurel & Hardy called the "Sons of the Desert". He worked for Honeywell, Skinner Valves Division in New Britain for 33 years as director of manufacturing. He also served in the Army National Guard for seven years. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy of Clearwater, FL; his son, James and daughter-in-law, Tiffany of Woodstock, GA; his daughter, Kina of Clearwater, FL; his father, Eugene of Clearwater, FL; his brother, Robert of Trumbull; an uncle, Raymond of Clearwater, FL; and many nieces nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his mother, Isbelle and brother Eugene. Funeral Mass at St. Catherine of Siena Church on Belcher Ave., in Clearwater, FL on Wednesday, May 14 at 12 Noon.
