My sincere condolences to the Tully family. Kevin has been my next door neighbor at Briar Hill and a good neighbor he was. A good man. Rest peacefully, Kevin. I will miss seeing you around here.

I'm so sorry my friend. You fought a good fight. So many people had written in on a Malden site when they heard of your passing - and were loved! Watch over us and make sure the contractors are doing things right. (Board Member on Briar Hill).

I was aware of Kevin's dedicated service to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts even before I met the man that's the kind of selfless, unsung hero he was. I value knowing him the last decade at the MEC and will always remember him as a great friend and mentor. Rest in Peace.

Kevin was instrumental in all of our lives. Those of us from the 70's, 80's and 90's went through so much with him. I am sure he carried that on after my time at MEC. He was instrumental in shaping our youth and career paths. All of us Brothers and Sisters will miss him greatly.
