Kevin Waldeck Obituary
PEORIA - Kevin Waldeck, age 62, formerly of Peoria, died at his home in Lake Geneva, Wis., on Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2007, after a long battle with pancreatic cancer.
Kevin was born in Peoria on June 13, 1944, the son of the late Robert and the late Mary Dalton Waldeck.
He attended St. Mark's School and graduated from Spalding Institute in 1962. He received his bachelor's degree from Marquette University and a master's degree in education from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
A life-long educator, Kevin taught high school in the Lake Geneva area for more than 40 years.
He is survived by his wife, Kathleen; his son, Dalton; his daughter, Sarah Olszowka; three granddaughters; and his brother, Dennis.
A funeral Mass was celebrated. Haase-Derrick-Lockwood Funeral Home in Lake Geneva handled arrangements.
