I had been calling Dr. Panday's for a couple of weeks. I called a relative to ask who had done her hand surgery. I told her I could not reach his office. He had done my left hand and now my right hand needed help. What a shocker to learn he had passed! He was attentive, took time to listen to my symptoms and I was always pleased with results. I also consulted Dr. Browne on several occasions. My condolences to the family.

Wow...just finding out by coincidence as I am looking for Dr. Charmaine, for a dermatologist.
Still hoping that maybe it wasn't our Dr. Panday...I tried dialing his clinic.
I worked with Dr. Panday for almost 3 years. Very kind and charming individual. Very respectful. Hard worker. 'Took his job very seriously. Great boss.
May God give his family the strength, to endure what follows.
With deep sympathy,

Saddened by the news of Khaimchand's passing away. I was a classmate at Queen's College and also his neighbor across the street. The most striking memories of him are his discipline, mild manners, kindness and empathy. In retrospect, those are all great attributes that make a good Physician.
My sincere condolences to the family.
Let the good memories prevail.

I was a patient of Dr. Panday October - December 2013. I remember him as a kind and caring person. In the course of treatment, we discovered that our two families were both from Guyana, South America. He and his family lived in Kitty while my parents moved from Georgetown to Aruba where I and my sisters were born. When I told him that it was difficult to find and cook Guyanese food in the Valley, he gave me a copy of the cookbook "What's Cooking in Guyana" since his wife had bought two on her last trip there. How thoughtful! Warmest regards to his family on his passing.

Khaim was such a kindhearted, compassionate man who was highly respected by all who knew him. Our friendship (along with Charmaine), dates back to McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. Over the years, our friendship grew stronger and continued on, while we were all recruited to the Rio Grande Valley. Khaim was a highly educated man and an outstanding orthopedic surgeon. He had an excellent reputation with respect to his surgical skills and for his genuine compassion and care towards his patients. He will be greatly missed by all. My condolences to his family, friends and patients. Dr. Panday treated my mother with therapy and we were waiting his return for her operation and mine. October 4, 2020

Dr. Panday was a great surgeon.
His bed side manners were that which we rarely see anymore. His soft compassionate voice and his ear for listening to your concerns before his diagnosis were like no other. He was just such a kind human that clearly shined through him before his specialty. He was a brilliant surgeon who cared more about the patient and there well being than how much he could profit from a surgery. He Is already missed and our prayers go out to his wife, daughter and His entire family. May you Rest In Peace in Heaven ...”..well done my great and faithful son..”

Dear Charmaine + Jenais,
Nancy and I send our condolences to you both as well as extended families.
I will always remember him as a gentleman and as a gentle man during the times I was in McAllen working on your home. We shared many stories and laughs about our days in school and he will be missed by all who knew him.
I offer this Prayer from the Writings of the Baha'i Faith for the progress of his Soul.

O my God! O Thou forgiver of sins, bestower of gifts, dispeller of afflictions!
Verily, I beseech thee to forgive the sins of such as have abandoned the physical garment and have ascended to the spiritual world.
O my Lord! Purify them from trespasses, dispel their sorrows, and change their darkness into light. Cause them to enter the garden of happiness, cleanse them with the most pure water, and grant them to behold Thy splendors on the loftiest mount.
