KIRK DeVAR
Age 35, Clairton, Pennsylvania, died Sunday, March 20, 2016. Born September 20, 1980, in Pittsburgh, PA, son of Lamont Andre Lewis, Sr. of Clairton and the late Deborah Ann Ramsey Lewis. Also preceded in death by daughter, Arionna Lewis; and grandfathers, Clenard Lewis, Sr. and Rev. Leroy Ramsey. A 1998 graduate of Elizabeth Forward High School where he was a member of the basketball team and band. He attended Dean Tech's Electrician's program and was a groundskeeper at Round Hill Cemetery and was a member of the Ebenezer Baptist Church, Blythedale. Surviving are his children, Carlin McFarland, Kameron Lewis, Kailynn Lewis, Akirra Lewis and Schmeer Brown; brother, Lamont Andre Lewis, Jr. of Clairton; sisters, Marica (Phillip) Harris of NY, and Amy (Tony) Brinson of Elizabeth; grandmothers, Genevieve Lewis of Clairton and Gladys Ramsey of Elizabeth; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends. Friends will be received Friday, March 25, 2016, from 2-8 p.m. at First A.M.E. Church, 177 Mitchell Ave., Clairton, PA where funeral services will be held Sat., March 26, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Linda Moore, officiating. Interment will follow in the Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth, PA. Arrangements by the ROBERT A. WATERS FUNERAL HOME, INC., Clairton, PA.
