Kristi SCHIENMANN Obituary
June 28, 1986 – March 6, 2017
A Celebration of Life will be held for Kristi Schienmann, who passed away suddenly on March 6, 2017 at the age of 30 years. While a private family service was held at that time, the family would now like to celebrate Kristi's life and the amazing woman she was!
Kristi was predeceased by her father Otto Schienmann, her grandparents Lloyd and Evelyn Petterson, and her Opa Oswald Schienmann.
She leaves to mourn her tragic loss, her mother Brenda Schienmann, her sister Stefanie Vogt, her brother-in-law Ryan Vogt, her Oma Lydia Schienmann, her stepdaughters Julia and Madelyn Crowe, and her many aunties, uncles, cousins and close friends.
The Celebration of Kristi's life will be held on Saturday, September 2, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Evergreen Funeral Chapel, 16204 Fort Road, Edmonton.

I knew Kristi from a little girl playing with dolls to a beautiful young lady. She always had a smile, and was a wonderful friend. Kristi, you will be missed. All my love to the whole family.

I will always remember when I first met you at Brenda's workplace in Surrey. we talked about you often as my girls seemed to have so many things in common as Brenda's girls. I will always remember Brenda planning your trip to Greece and expressing how important it was to create this special mother daughter bonding trip to create a lifetime of memories. Bang on Brenda for making that happen.You will have those lasting memories forever. It pains me to know Brenda and the whole family will never see you again but you are in everyone's heart that you have touched. Rest in Peace

Kristi, I'm so terribly sad to know what's happened.. but I'm so incredibly grateful to have met you and the opportunity to call you my friend.. You came into my life in a very special and memorable time for me. Our weekends at 'Rum'.. and our Thursday nights at hooters... I will miss your beautiful smile and kind soul.. I wish we would've stayed in touch a little more.. but I remember hanging out as if it were yesterday.. you will be missed dearly sweetheart.. thank you for the memories. ... Dallas.

My beautiful Kristi I have no words to express my heart break knowing I'll never again see your bright smile that you always wore. Your inner light that shone so brightly from with in. I know your with us all and will help us stay strong. I'm certain with time we shall heal some what. We just need to learn how to live in our world with you not in it. My memory's of you will always be the bright, funny and oh so caring woman you are. You made all who knew you feel so special and important. Your sparkle was like no other, it was you. Just like your beautiful smile that was always there. You know I can't find one picture where your not wearing that bright smile. Please continue to guide us and comfort your mom as she tries to deal with loosing you. She has been so strong and I'm so proud of her. I'll take my lead from her and try my best to do the same. Knowing your with your daddy comforts us all. I miss you so much Kristi, and I'm blessed to have had you for my niece and my friend. We will meet again for that I'm certain. Even though my heart won't except your gone, maybe it's because your not. Your here within us all and there you will forever be. I love you Kristi, God I miss you.
