One of my favorites! I love these girls, we look so little! I truly loved having Mrs. Smith as my teacher, I couldn´t be more great full. I won´t have my favorite person to visit at Deerwood anymore when I have to go. Being apart of her first fifth grade class she ever had was something I´ll never forget, especially all the chats we had.

My superhero sister was taken way too soon, but the impact she made on me & everyone who knew her will last a lifetime! God must have needed a teacher in heaven to lead the children & I know she will be up there guiding all of them with so much love! We are sending our deepest condolences and all our prayers to Mike, their kids, and all those who are suffering without her during this difficult transition. May they find peace in knowing she is no longer in pain. We love you guys big!

My condolences to Kristi's family, friends, and past students who were blessed with her tutelage. What an amazing person and a huge loss to those who knew Kristi, and even those who didn't. May God rest her soul.

Glenn and I were fortunate to have Kristi as our next door neighbor. Her strong love for her family and her commitment to her students were simply beautiful. Our prayers go out for Mike and the rest of the family to experience God´s comfort in the midst of this loss.

We were deeply saddened to hear of her passing. She was more than just a neighbor, she was a kind soul who touched our lives in a very personal way. I will never forget how she lovingly offered to tutor my son after his liver transplant, showing up with patience, joy, and a gentle heart when he needed it the most. Her kindness made a lasting impact during one of the hardest times in our lives. We are forever grateful.
My most sincere condolences to Mike and their children. May you find comfort in the beautiful memories and the love she shared so generously. Her light lives on in all of us who were blessed to know her.
With love and gratitude,
Cristina & Eduardo Madrid

Baby, though your wings were ready, my heart wasn´t.
I love you and I miss you more than words could ever hold. Since you left, I wake up every night and reach for you, only to find that cold, empty space no one else could ever fill.
They say you're in a better place. But your place beside me? That was pretty great too.
You were my rock. My foundation. The steady ground beneath my feet. Without you, the world feels off-balance.
Until we see each other again, I´ll hold on to the memories we made, the love we built, and the pieces of you that still live in me. I´ll never stop thinking of you.
