ADAMCZYK - Kristy Rose, on Jan. 8, 2003, of Kenilworth, N.J., loving mother of Patrick Jacob Adamczyk, predeceased by her father, the late Michael Gwozdik, beloved daughter of Mrs. Nancy Bruno and her stepfather, Mr. Anthony Bruno, cherished niece of Mrs. Paula Mount, Mrs. Kathleen Adamczyk, Mrs. Linda Paxos-Glatt and Mr. Steven Gwozdik, dear cousin of Andrew, Amanda, Michael, Rondalyn, Karlie, John, Michael and Stephanie. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the funeral on Saturday 9 a.m. from The OPACITY FUNERAL HOME, 511 Washington Ave., Kenilworth, thence to St. Theresa's R.C. Church for a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, N.J.
