Thinking of you always but especially today. Some days are harder than others. You will always be in my heart. You will live on in me as long as I am here. I will never forget that beautiful smile, contagious laugh, comforting hugs, all the late-night talks that only sisters can share. You were beautiful inside and out. I am so blessed to have called you a sister and friend. I miss you every day. I love you and miss you beautiful. I hope you have finally found peace. Take care of my baby up there until I get there, please! I know she is in good hands with her wonderful auntie! Love you sis!

In loving memory of a cousin who was more like a sister. We will love you and miss you always. Losing you has been son hard. How lucky I am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard. Not a day goes by that I don't think of you and miss that beautiful smiling face. I love you and miss you so much sis.

If only you could have stayed.
Constantly thinking,
never to be the same.
The tears fall quickly
just hearing your name.
Silence is golden,
yet not anymore.
Silence brings thoughts
I just can't ignore.
The nights are sleepless,
dreams out of reach.
Crying in my pillow
to you I beseech.
Surrounded by family,
I still feel alone.
My heart is so empty.
This pain I must own.
I wish I could hug you
and just see your face.
But now I have memories
to stand in your place.
Gone but not forgotten,
that's what they say.
Of course that is true...
but if only you could have stayed
Constantly thinking,
never to be the same.
The tears fall quickly
just hearing your name.
Until we meet again Sassy. RIP.
I love and miss you more everyday.❤ ❤

I was heartbroken to hear of this today. I was Kristy's teacher at Live Oaks for an incredibly short period of time. I didn't know her very well, but I know she was intelligent, sweet, pretty, and way too young to be gone. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends. We will have a moment of silence on Wed in class to honor her. Our prayers are with you all.
