Kurt D. McAfee, age 68 of Coldwater, died Wednesday, November 23, 2022, at his home. He was born July 28, 1954, in Coldwater to the late Kirby & Anna Jeanette (Agler) McAfee. On August 10. 1973 he married Linda (Reigelsperger) who survives. He is also survived by children, Jason McAfee of Coldwater, Jessica Poeppelman of St. Henry and Josh McAfee of Coldwater; grandchildren, Tori (Devin) Perts, Austin McAfee, Emma, Brooke, Matt Poeppelman; great grandchildren Eva and Hazel; and in-laws, Deb & Mark Schroyer, and Jodi Lange. He was preceded in death by a sister and in-laws, Elaine (Sam) Stiles, Sandy Collett and Steve Lange.
Kurt was a farmer and worked at Tractor Supply Co and Walmart in Celina. He was a member of the First Church of Mendon Dart Ball League and enjoyed attending fairs.
Funeral services will be held at 6:00 pm Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater. Friends may call from 3 until 6 pm at the funeral home. Condolences may be left at hogenkampfh.com.
