Kurt Karl Edward Roesner died peacefully in Lake County, CA on July 17, 2016 at the age of 81 in the presence of this loving family.

Kurt is survived by his wife Barbara, sisters Dorit Bonnet, Ilse (Horst) Horst Wickord, Children Mike (Brigette) Roesner, Debra (Chris) Rowan and Ken (Laura) Roesner, Grandsons Michael E. Roesner, Mitchell Rowan, Kyle Roesner, Mackenzie Roesner and Milo Roesner. Kurt is preceded in death by Christa C. Roesner.

Kurt was born on November 29, 1934 in Berlin, Germany to Werner and Hertha Roesner. He emigrated from Germany in the late 1950's with the traditional Ellis Island arrival, prompting his family to follow. California was the final stop. Kurt was a talented baker all his life and continued working in the business until April 1st of 2016. He will be missed by all.

Services will be held privately.

Arrangements under the direction of Jones & Lewis Clear Lake Memorial Chapel FD 800, Lower Lake, CA.
