Kurt SORENSEN Obituary
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Kurt Sorensen on September 1, 2016. He will be missed by his wife Herdis of 65 years, children John (Karen) and Susan, five grandchildren and five great- grandchildren, brother Poul Sorensen and sister Kirsten Lynge.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 12, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Westlawn Funeral Home, 16310 Stony Plain Road, Edmonton.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alberta Alzheimer Research Society. http://www.alzheimer.ca/en/ab/Research

Kurt was a gracious and impressive man. He was quick to smile and was handsome enough to be a movie star. He was a dedicated family man and a a very shrewd businessman. My condolences to his wife Hertis, John and Susan and their respective families.
