We were in our Chicago seminarians camp. We went out for a walk as we prayed the most holy rosary. After our prayer we talked about his discernment to join the trappist monastery. I asked him so many questions and he kindly answered all of them. He then wanted to share his excitement of me starting Philosophy at Mundelein Seminary, but I still had more questions for him. After sharing about our new journey, we then talked about our fears. I shared with him I had no car and I was sad thinking I wouldn't be able to visit my family. Without any hesitation, he said "I'll just give you my car, you will need more than I and I want you to be able to visit your family." I responded "hold on Kyle, pray about it." A week later he calls me and says "I'm picking you up tomorrow, the Holy Spirit is telling me to give you my car and we are going to the DMV." I was happy, joyful, thankful and excited. All summer I asked God to help me find a car, and God answered my prayer through Kyle.
Now that he is in heaven, I pray that I may always remember how kind and generous Kyle was to me and so that I may imitate him in his kindness and generosity.

Thank you brother, you will forever be remembered in my heart!
