OCTOBER 27, 1927 – OCTOBER 27, 2010

On Wednesday, October 27, 2010, Lillian Constance Paterson (Nee Oliver) passed away peacefully at home.

Connie was predeceased by her loving husband Lorne (Red) Paterson on October 20, 1998.

She is survived by her brother Leonard Oliver (Jean), Nephew Larry Oliver (Darlene), Niece Wendy Oliver (John), Great Nephew Ky, Great Niece Sharayah, Sister-in-Law Dores (Edwin) Thorkelson and Irma (Jim) Paterson.

Connie worked for Sun Life of Canada beginning in 1945 and retiring in 1983. She enjoyed sports and was active in both curling and golf. She was past president and Honorary Life Member of the Thistle Business Girls Curling Club.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 4, 2010, Thomson "In the Park" Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray, at 10:00 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
