Lamont was a very caring and loving soul I knew him since childhood me and his his siblings are good lifelong friends he will always remembered in my heart❤

Lamont, as a student, spent lots of hours with me as his instructor at Mules Cafe. He was the type student who as he came through the door, made me feel everything would go well that day because he was there! He was so pleasant, calm, & cooperative that when times got stressful, I knew Lamont could be counted on to help pull us through. He was such a joy & truly was a young man of high character who was called home too soon! Thankful our paths crossed. Praying for his family!

I went all through school with Lamont,he was always outgoing and was friendly to everyone no matter race, disability,or rich or poor,he was a friend to everyone... FLY HIGH MY FRIEND...God gained a #1 .... Prayers to your family.... We will always remember you Lamont.... Mike Mounce (Riley)

Lamont, things won't be the same me seeing you around and you asking me "how's life treating me?" and the talk of working out and childhood memories from classic music we grew up to church and weekends and Sunday morning breakfast and dinners with grandmother dear will not ever be forgotten, those are special times in life that we will always cherish. We will all unite again Love you cousin.

Lamont was a friend since childhood we went to church camp and played AAU Basketball together. I will miss him and this is no easy death for me as we had been friends until this day. He loved his family and friends and was a true man in the community. I pray for his family to have peace as they lay this King to rest.

I grew up next door to Lamont on Fairmount. Such a sweet person.

In a world full of hate and darkness, there was Lamont who shine a light and showed others love. He worked security where I worked and when he worked I knew we would be safe. He was ALWAYS nice. He would tell me, have a good night mam. He never asked for anything and always left you with a smile. He will be missed.

Hey may only have been a stepbrother, but he was more like a brother to me. He provided me many words of wisdom to live by, just like our Father did. I remember the sad and happy times when I was growing up with him. I know now, that he is in the best place possible and that is in company of the man upstairs.

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.

I am truly saddened by this. Such a loss. I sure did enjoy talking with him and catching up on everything. We worked at the same facility but on opposite ends of the building.
