Lance Gilmore Obituary
Wyoming, MI formerly of Williamston
Lance passed away peacefully Tuesday, May 16, 2017 surrounded by loved ones. Born to Richard and Kathryn Gilmore in Lansing, he was the second of two children. He leaves behind many friends and family.
Surviving are his wife, Kim, of 14 years, daughter Kristin, of Costa Mesa, Calif., mother Kathryn, of East Lansing, brother Scott (Colleen), of Haslett, nephew Grant, of Lansing, niece Lana, of Okemos.
We are honoring his wishes and there will be no service or visitation. In the next few months there will be a "Lance Day Celebration" at Potter Park Zoo, Lansing, where Lance and Kim had their first date. Those wishing to share memories may visit the guest book at Legacy.com. Donations can be made in his name to Faith Hospice of Grand Rapids ( faithhospicecare.org )

We are so sorry to hear about Lance. He was a great guy and cousin to me and Marc. We will always remember spending summer vacations playing games and telling stories with Lance and Scott in Lansing. He will be missed and be in our memories forever.

In behalf of myself and Larry our prayers go out to you and your families. Kim you and Lance have been through so much in the past several months I was so sorry to hear of his passing. Kristin my heart goes out to you this is a great loss to a child. I would love for you to send me your address I have a couple of pictures of your dad when he and Scott were at my daughter Kim's graduation. I am sure you would enjoy them.
Lance was a bright guy he will be truly missed.
