To the Coderre Family
It's with great sadness that I learn the passing of your father. We did comunicate by e-mail and he and your mother did come to meet us in Montreal on one of our visits. We spent a wonderful day together. We both had the same interest on working a a family tree on the Ranger side. Hopefully I will meet some of you someday and if your every in Sasktachewan please look us up.

Nicki and Family,
I was saddened to hear of your Dad's passing, I am sure you will all miss him greatly. I did not know your Dad well, but I do remember him making all of us feel welcome whenever we were at your house; even on Christmas Eve before we went to Church.
With Love,
Cathy (Pierce) Skerritt

Hi Nicole, Gerry, Denise, Lorraine, Michelle, Rochelle and families:
Please accept our sincere condolences regarding your Dad's passing.
I remember him fondly from our days in Lively (and as I always mention to Nicki, vividly remember the sign at the door - Larry & Lu Welcome You).
You will miss him very much but your memories will keep him close always.
Much love,
Laurie James, Ed, Kate & Aidan Mathewson

Nicki,
I am so very sorry to hear of the passing of your father. My thoughts go out to you and the rest of your family during this difficult time. You were blessed with two wonderful and loving parents and you are a testiment to that. They will forever be in your heart. If I could I'd give you the biggest, take your breath away hug, but since I can't just know that I'm thinking of you and am sending you all my love.

To the Coderre Family -
Larry and I corresponded by email for three or four years back in the late ‘90s. It was a great bit of luck that I met your dad and that he had been doing quite of bit of research on the Ranger family. Well, it’s never easy to find words to express our sadness, but I will say that the months and years I spent corresponding with Larry were among the very best times of my life. One very special occasion your mom and Larry had us over for dinner on a Sunday. It was in the summer of course. There was my wife Betty and me, our grandson Reuben, cousin Jean-Pierre Ranger and his wife, and my mother, Olive. We had the best time you can possibly imagine. Your mother cooked a delicious chicken dinner with all the trimmings and we talked and laughed into the night. We were always planning to come up to Ottawa again some time but somehow never did. And now they’re both gone. It’s very sad indeed.
Larry will be missed. Greatly.

To the Coderre Family,
Our deepest sympathy on your loss. We often think about the years as neighbours in Lively, and how loving and generous both your parents were. It is comforting to know that the memories of the laughter and wonderful times will always live on.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your families. I never met Larry, but, with his inspiration and generousity to helping others, we became very good friends through genealogy. I know he will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
From the words of Billy Graham:
"The Scripture says there is a time to be born and a time to die. And when my time to die comes, an angel will be there to comfort me. He will give me peace and joy even at that most critical hour and usher me into the presence of God, and I will dwell with the Lord forever. Thank God for the ministry of his blessed angels."

My sincere condolences to all the family. I knew both your father and mother from the condo building. They were truly wonderful, caring people. It makes me feel at peace to know that Larry is with his beloved Lucille now.
