DUCHARME, Laurent Guy 'Larry'
It is with great sadness that we announce that Laurent Guy 'Larry' Ducharme born February 22nd, 1936 died peacefully but so suddenly on September 27, 2012. He was the son of the late Alcide Ducharme and of the late Marie-Flore Turenne. He is predeceased by his first wife Yvette Lafrenière. He leaves to mourn his wife Paula Gagnon, his three daughters Colette (Bernie), Michèle (the late Mario) and Lise, his grand-children Jessyca, Laurence, Gregory and Alexandre, his sister Jeannine Demers and his brother Robert Ducharme (Eileen). Larry led a very full and productive life doing all the things that he liked to do. Larry loved the outdoors, especially his country place in Pointe-au- Chêne, Québec, where many memories were shared with family and friends. Larry was employed by NCR. Music was always a big part of his life. He sang in the church choir and the barber shop quartet. Also survived by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, nephews, nieces and friends. Visitation will be held on Monday, October 1, 2012 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
