I'm really sorry to hear about Larry's passing.
My heartfelt condolences go out to his Family.
Larry and I worked together for Canadian Airlines and he always was a gentleman and very hard worker.
He was always there to lent a hand on the computers.
Larry you will be missed by many.

Very sorry to hear of Larry's passing. I worked with him at Canadian Airlines until the late 1990s and had the privilege of running into him at Langley Chrysler in 2006. A wonderful co-worker and genuinely nice person who will be missed.

Larry, you were kind to me in our childhood & I learned only connecting up with you numerous months ago, that you maintained that kind characteristic. Rest in peace.

It is with great sadness that I read of Larry's passing.I first met Larry during my time at C.P. Air in the late '60's -early '70's. Although he was in a different dept. I saw him often. He had a quiet and reserved sense of humour and made people feel good about themselves. I made several day trips to the family retreat at Lake Errock, a charming place close to Vancouver. Also, Larry was a great console helping me understand the toxic atmosphere in the maintenance records dept.
After I quit C.P. Air and moved away, I lost contact with him. The last time I saw Larry was at a car dealership in Langley as I was passing through headed North. We had an engaging talk ....just as nice then as he was 4 decades earlier.
My daughter showed me the tribute he wrote on Facebook. A true message defining the real Larry.
Larry Hambleton was a good man. My condolences to his family.
