Mrs. Laura Albin

Laura Albin passed away at Hospice House of San Joaguin after living a long and fulfilling life at the age of 97, on February 20,2011. Laura was born in Stockton, CA on January 27, 1914 to Antonio and Caterine Delucchi. She graduated from Stockton Sr.High in 1932. In 1936 she married the love of her life William (Bill) Albin. Laura retired from Bruners Furniture Store after 25 years in 1979. Laura is survived by her 2 children daughter Patricia (Tesha) Albin, and son Dennis Albin. She leaves behind 3 Grandchildren Candice Guthrie, Jacob Albin Sr., and Anthony Rosaz. Laura had 7 Great-Grandchildren Kayla, Anthony, Alexandera, Jacob Jr,Aneseia, Manuel and Elias. She will also be missed by her niece Judy and numerous other nieces and nephews. Laura is preceded in death by her loving husband of 35 years William Albin, Brothers Tony and Lional Delucchi, Sister Dorothy Delucchi, and grandson Dennis Albin Jr. She loved to spend her time cooking and going to Jackson. Laura was known for her cheerful, out going, loving nature that touched everyone that was blessed to know her. We will dearly miss our Mom, Grandma, Yana, Aunt and Best Friend. Per Laura's wishes there will be no visitation. In the lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Hospice of San Joaguin. The family will be holding a gathering to celebrate Laura's life, date still to be determined.
