Laura Dahlmeier Obituary
She won two gold medals in biathlon at the 2018 Winter Olympics, becoming the first woman to win gold in both biathlon sprint and pursuit in the same Olympics.
Dahlmeier is being remembered as a champion who is gone too soon.

She was my inspiration to become athletic and try biathlon. I will never forget that moment when she won that second gold medal. I was proud to be an American. She will be forever remembered and missed.
