Suddenly, on Monday, April 13, 2015, Laurent Lefebvre of Lake Georges, Ontario, passed away at the age of 61 years. Beloved husband of Roxane Leblanc Brunet. Dear son of the late Leonard Lefebvre and the late Jeanne- Anne Pitre. Loving father of Tania, Éric (Sophie Martel) and Maxime (Ève-Marie Labelle). Cherished 'Papi' of Kaïna and Vincent Brunet. Brother of Jean (Barbra Newberry), Thérèse (Raymond Charette), Lyne, Ginette (Paul Landry), Johannie (late Roger Lalonde), Michel (Lucie Mailhot), late Richard and late Claire. Also survived by his mother-in-law Gisèle Leblanc; three sisters- in-law: Michèle Leblanc (Jean St-Amour), Manon Leblanc (Alain Lalonde) and Colette Brunet (Viateur Parisien) and one brother-in- law Yvan Brunet (Sylvie Giroux). He will also be fondly remembered by his godchildren Alain Lefebvre and Gia Demitro Charlebois; Sophie's children Melody and Jeremy and many nieces, nephews and friends. Friends and relatives may visit at Lamarre & Son Funeral Home, 453 St. Philippe Street, Alfred, Ont., (613) 679-2802, on Friday, April 17, 2015, from 6:30 to 10 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. Funeral Service to be held on Saturday, April 18, 2015 at 11 a.m. at St. Victor Church, Alfred, Ontario. Interment Parish Cemetery. For those wishing, donations to the Hawkesbury and District General Hospital Foundation, 1111 Ghislain Street, Hawkesbury, Ontario, K6A 1G5 and/or to the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario Foundation, 415 Smyth Road, Ottawa, Ontario, K1H 8M8, would be appreciated.
