Larry...I never had the honor of meeting you, but let it be said that both Pittsfield and the world are better places because you were there. Now heaven is a little brighter because of your presence. Many people will miss you, but they will all see you again on the other side. My condolences to your family.

To Larry's family and friends: My deepest sympathy to you all. He will be greatly missed by all who knew this sweet, kind man.

I first met Larry many years ago, when i would work late at the Onota building. Larry would see my light on, see my truck near by and come in and ask if i needed a coffee or anything.

Sometimes we just chatted. Larry's positive outlook and cheerfulness was so infection that any stresses that were occupying my mind would instantly disappear.

As I look back and see how much good cheer he spread and how much love and good cheer was returned his way - I truly think Larry was a messenger of God, right here on earth.

To say he will be missed is an understatement. The job of being a friend is hard, and Larry was up to the task. I am heartened to see that so many others were up to the task and returned Larry's friendship and love as well.
