Lawrence KLEIN Obituary
Larry (Lawrence) Klein of Craik, SK (late of Craven) passed away suddenly November 18, 2014 at the age of 68 while doing one of the many things he loved – being outside with his friends and his horses. Larry was predeceased by his parents Christian and Mary; brother Alex; sisters Phyllis, Amanda and Bernie; father and mother-In-Law, Jim and Hulda Scott. Larry is survived by his wife Cheryl of Craik, their two children – son, Chad (wife Krista and children, Drew, Darcy and Owen) and daughter, Shannon (husband Neal Weber and children Kyla and Ryelund) and his sidekick Diago. Larry was born in Francis, SK at a gas station (as the story goes), the youngest of eight. He enjoyed playing hockey and broom ball, fixing things, farming and helping family and friends. Later in life Larry added to his passions with horses, heavy horse pulls, auctions and watching his grandkids' activities. We are Honoring Larry on Monday, November 24, 2014, 1:30 p.m. with a Cowboy/Auction Style Farewell in a heated riding arena at Beaver Creek Ranch, Lumsden, SK. (http://www.beavercreekranch.ca/contact- us.htm) Dad won't care what you wear and please bring your stories to share. Donations may be made to the Aylesbury Recreational Board in lieu of flowers. Hanson's Funeral Home of Davidson in care of arrangements.

Cheryl and family. Our hearts ache for your loss. Gregg had a great converstaion with Larry about a month ago and they planned to get together next time Larry was in Moose Jaw. I shall never forget Larry's support each time Gregg and I went to the farm to clear things out after my dad died. He was so gentle and caring and was such a good friend to dad.
